This school holidays our signature restaurant Harvest 383 and our casual dining outlet Springs Bar & Terrace are open for Family Hour! Dinner bookings are available from 5pm which is perfect for young families during the holidays!

Our signature restaurant is an elegant space situated on the ground level of the hotel with floor to ceiling windows, contemporary decor and a cosy fireplace. It features an a la carte menu, plus an adjacent private dining area that overlooks the pool and spa.

The restaurant serves contemporary Australian cuisine and features local and regional produce (a proud member of Daylesford Macedon Produce) plus award-winning regional wines.

Springs Bar & Terrace is situated on the reception level and features a delicious tapas and larger eats menu and 30 metre terrace offering superior fairway views.

Our dedicated Sports Bar, located on the reception level, is the perfect place to relax with beer on tap and sport on the big screen. Enjoy a game of pool or have a bite to eat with our all day snack menu.

The Sports Bar is open daily from 11am till late.

If you feel like something more casual, enjoy a light meal from our 24 hour room service menu.
